I want to let you know that I'm making some important changes to my privacy policy with effect from 25 May 2018.
This is due to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You may have already heard about the General Data Protection Regulation. It's a change to the law around personal information. In line with the regulation, I'm updating my privacy notice to reflect the new and strengthened rights in relation to your data and the legal grounds for using it.

I take care to protect your data and keep you in control of the information you share with me.
If required by law to share your data with other organisation, such as the Government, I will always do so securely and I don't share more than I need to.
If I ask other companies to process data on my behalf, I will make sure they follow similarly high standards.
How I use your personal data:
I use your data to ensure that I can process your enquiries and orders safely, accurately and securely.
I may have a record of your name, address, email address, telephone number in order to process an order. Payments made in person can be made by credit or debit card. No information is available or retained by me regarding a payment transaction made this way. Should a refund by bank transfer be appropriate, your bank details are only retained whilst the transaction is in progress before being destroyed securely.
I currently do no marketing but, should this change in the future, I will actively confirm that you are happy for me to contact you . Deemed acceptance is not permitted so I will ensure that a positive confirmation is received.
